Anchor Heating and Air Conditioning is a family-owned and operated business that has been providing top-notch commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for over 100 years. Our story began in 1917 when Vergenio Ficchi, an Italian immigrant and skilled coppersmith, opened his own hardware and furnace sales store. Today, we are proud to be a leading provider of HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services, as well as sheet metal fabrication, HEPA filters, and air filtration systems.

Our History

Our company's history is rooted in innovation and excellence. Vergenio's son, Vincent Ficchi, Sr., expanded the business into installation and repair, and subsequent generations have continued to build upon this foundation. From being the first in our area to use a helicopter for rooftop unit installation to our current focus on environmentally friendly practices, we have always strived to stay ahead of the curve.
