Policies

At Liquid Hair Studios, we strive to provide exceptional service and results. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we have the following policies in place:

• Appointments: Please call 617-425-4848 for appointments and questions about pricing. Availability changes quickly, and for that reason, we cannot accept appointment requests via email.
• Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a client gives us less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows their appointment, they will automatically be charged 50% of the service price.
• Guarantee: Our services are guaranteed at Liquid Hair Studios. If you're not satisfied with your service, please call us as soon as possible, and we'll work with you to correct any issues free of charge.
