The Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services to the residents of the Lake Sunapee Region. About Us

The Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice is a non-profit organization that has served the Lake Sunapee Region for over 45 years. We offer a wide range of services designed to support individuals and families facing a variety of health challenges. Our experienced and dedicated team of nurses, social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals are committed to providing personalized and attentive care that honors the unique circumstances of each individual we serve.

Comprehensive Services

We understand that healthcare needs change over time, and we offer a comprehensive suite of services to meet those evolving needs. Our services include:

• Home Health Care: Providing skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social services in the comfort of the patient's home. This allows individuals to receive the care they need while maintaining the familiarity and comfort of their own surroundings.
• Hospice Care: Offering specialized palliative care for individuals with a terminal illness and their families. Our hospice team focuses on providing comfort, pain management, and emotional support to ensure a dignified and peaceful end-of-life experience.
• Palliative Care: Managing pain and symptoms for individuals with serious illnesses, regardless of their prognosis. We believe that everyone deserves comfort and quality of life, and our palliative care team works closely with patients and families to develop individualized care plans.
• Personal Care Services: Offering non-medical assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. This allows individuals to maintain their independence and continue living in their homes with dignity.
• Bereavement Support: Providing grief counseling and support groups for individuals and families who have lost a loved one. We recognize the profound impact of loss and are committed to offering compassionate support during this challenging time.
• Foot Care Clinics: Offering specialized podiatric care for individuals with diabetes and other conditions that affect the feet. Our team of certified nurses provides diabetic foot exams, nail care, and wound care to prevent complications and promote foot health.
• Memory Respite Care: Providing temporary relief for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Our compassionate and engaging programs offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals with memory loss while providing caregivers with much-needed respite.
• Virtual Grief Support Groups: Recognizing the importance of accessibility and community support during times of grief, we offer virtual grief support groups to provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to share their experiences and connect with others who understand.
