Unacceptable Service Experiences
Several customers have had poor experiences with Interior Towing. One customer, Gerald Lancaster, had to wait over an hour and a half for a tow, only to be told that it would take another two hours and that they would charge an additional $40. The company also initially refused to cancel the tow, despite the customer paying already. Another customer, Anders Gaustad, was charged an unusually high bill for a tow service and was unable to get anyone to discuss the issue with them over the phone.
