At Elite Performance Chiropractic, we offer a range of services designed to help you achieve optimal health. Our Chiropractic Care involves a specialized technique to restore your body's alignment and restore motion into joints that are restricted or not moving properly. Active Release Technique (ART) is a patented, state-of-the-art soft tissue system/movement-based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. Dry Needling is a technique that involves the insertion of a fine filiform needle into the soft tissue of the musculoskeletal system to promote healing within the body. Finally, our Spinal Decompression therapy uses a special table to help patients who suffer from pain due to bulging, degenerating, or herniated discs.

Our Therapists

Our team includes experienced professionals who are dedicated to your health. Dr. Jeremy Phillips, our lead chiropractor, was born and raised in Eden, NC, and grew up playing multiple sports. He developed a passion for sports medicine and chiropractic care through his own experiences with injuries. Dr. Phillips has a degree in Biology Pre-med from Lenoir-Rhyne College and has played professionally for several teams, including the St. Louis Rams, Frankfurt Galaxy, and Atlanta Falcons. He brings a unique understanding of the importance of sports medicine and chiropractic care to our practice.
