Our History

Founded by J.B. Gross in 1982, our agency has a rich history of serving the people of Texas. Starting out primarily in life insurance, J.B. gradually expanded his career to include health insurance and employee benefits. In 1994, he earned the professional designation of Chartered Life Underwriter. Lori joined the team in 1994, starting out by doing bookkeeping and presentations from home. She later began working in the office part-time, which quickly turned into a full-time position. As residents of Weatherford, they decided to conduct their business in Weatherford as well.
