Insensitive Staff and Treatment
The office staff, particularly the manager Daniela, are described as insensitive and uncaring. They reportedly berate and belittle patients, making them feel bad about their dental problems and neglecting to offer any help or solutions.
Questionable Business Practices
The office only accepts PPO insurance, excluding patients with government insurance. They also engage in high-pressure sales tactics, attempting to convince patients to undergo expensive procedures. In one instance, a patient was told they had four cavities and was pressured to commit to $525 fillings, despite having no issues in their previous dental visit just six months prior.
Lack of COVID-19 Precautions
One patient reported feeling traumatized after visiting the office, which had no COVID-19 restrictions in place, allowing patients to sit close together. This lack of concern for patient safety is alarming and unacceptable.
