Rooted in tradition, growing with you.

Welcome to our counseling practice, a safe and nurturing space where adults can navigate life's challenges with the support and guidance of our dedicated therapists. Our team is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and personalized care to help our clients manage anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship concerns.

Our Services

At our practice, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our therapists provide individual therapy to adults aged 18 and above, working closely with each client to establish treatment goals that serve as a foundation for personal growth and change.

Our therapy approach is grounded in empirically supported interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) treatment modalities. We recognize that each client's journey is unique, and we strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

In couples counseling, we facilitate open and honest communication, helping couples identify and address relationship patterns, deepen their connection, and strengthen their bond.

Our Story

With deep, dependable roots and a durable bark, the White Oak exemplifies resilience, persistence, and growth. These qualities resonate with our mission to provide steadfast support and guidance to our clients as they navigate life's challenges.
