Poor Service and Quality
Several reviewers had a negative experience at Luxury Nail Spa. Lisa Stecks and Jacy Hargis both left one-star reviews, citing poor service and inadequate attention from their technicians. Stecks mentioned that her nails looked sloppy and were poorly done, while Hargis's technician kept leaving her to attend to other customers.
Cynthia D. George-Lovelace was also dissatisfied, giving the spa one star and claiming that they didn't have appointments and left her waiting for 20 minutes before being seen. Madi Sneed simply stated that the place was "AWFUL" without elaborating.

On the other hand, some reviewers had a positive experience at Luxury Nail Spa. Paige Kraushaar, Jen Ch, Janet Hill, Keisha Walker, and JaKyra Stewart all gave the spa five stars. Kraushaar praised the cleanliness and friendly staff, while Ch liked the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail given to her and her mother.
Hill raved about technician Wendy, saying that her nails had never looked better. Walker was generally satisfied, although she had a single disappointing experience. Stewart thanked the staff for taking care of her and was glad she gave them a second chance.
