Our Services

We offer a variety of classes 7 days a week, designed to work your entire body and leave you feeling energized and strong. From our Align classes, perfect for those new to Pilates, to our Advanced and Sweat classes, we have something for everyone. Our classes are 50 minutes long, and we require grip socks to ensure a safe and effective workout. We also offer private training sessions for those who prefer a more personalized approach.
