Meet Our Founder

Chad Miller, the founder of Quality Works, has always had a passion for construction. Growing up in Central and Southern NM, Chad admired the wide-open spaces and spectacular views that the state has to offer. His father was a part of a large company that distributed electrical power throughout NM and CO, and from a young age, Chad was fascinated by the mechanics of construction. He spent his younger years watching what other people built and implementing it in all of his projects at home and in the field.

Chad's career path took him from retail sales to management, where he spent over 10 years managing two stores and a trucking distribution company. Throughout this time, Chad was involved in his friends' and family's construction projects, and he gained valuable experience in project management and execution. He saw an opportunity to start a general contracting firm that would provide quality construction services to the community, and in 2021, Quality Works was born.

At Quality Works, Chad is committed to delivering quality construction services with pride, values, and high moral standards. He sees providing quality construction to the community as a great way to help this amazing area continue to progress. Chad is a family man and a proud father of two children, and he instills the values of pride, timeliness, and honesty in every project that he undertakes.
