How We Work

Our process begins with a no-cost meeting at your home, where we discuss your ideas, desires, and budget. We then proceed with a feasibility study to determine if your project is feasible given your budget. If you decide to move forward, we will prepare a detailed estimate and retainer agreement. Once the agreement is signed, we start the design phase, which includes several meetings to finalize the plans. After the plans are approved, we will ask you to sign a contractual specification sheet and financial agreement, followed by a down payment. The project then begins, and we will keep you updated throughout the process until completion.
