Grand Lake Primary Care is a comprehensive medical facility located in Grove, OK. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 4,200 square feet and is equipped with nine exam rooms, a procedure room, and a separate Medical Spa for aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. Our primary care services cater to the varying needs of our patients, from in-office cosmetic procedures to family medicine.

Our team of providers are dedicated to continuously learning and improving their skills through nationwide training courses and best practices. We are committed to expanding the services we offer to our patients, and we are excited to announce the addition of a variety of laser services to our medical spa portion of the practice. Our new laser treatments include non-invasive body contouring, cellulite treatment, laser skin tightening, and laser skin rejuvenation.

Patient Portal

At Grand Lake Primary Care, we are pleased to provide our patients with secure, 24/7 access to their health records through the Patient Portal. Patients can safely and easily view their lab and test results, update their insurance and demographic information, review financial statements, make secure payments, and access relevant health education materials.

Family Medicine

Our Family Medicine services cater to patients of all ages and cover a wide range of conditions. Our providers are experienced in treating acne and rosacea, benign skin lesions, eczema, mole removal, psoriasis, skin and nail fungi, skin cancer and pre-cancerous lesions, skin cancer removal, wart removal, women's health, and pediatrics. We also offer allergy testing and treatment.

Medical Spa Services

Our Medical Spa services offer the latest in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. Our laser services include Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, laser vein treatment, microdermabrasion, non-invasive body contouring, non-invasive neck lift, laser skin tightening, laser acne treatments, and non-invasive cellulite treatments. Our team of providers are experienced and knowledgeable in performing these procedures to help our patients achieve their desired results.
