A Kid's World Bilingual Preschool & Childcare Center

At A Kid's World Preschool and Daycare, we are committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and artistically enriching educational experience for children ages 3 months to 5 years. Our dedicated faculty, who are experts in bilingual education, strive to foster intellectual curiosity, physical stimulation, and cognitive and linguistic growth in our students.

Our school was founded in 1998, with a mission to provide a unique educational environment that encourages children to learn and grow in a multilingual setting. We offer a variety of programs including daycare, preschool, and before and after-school programs for children up to the age of 5.

Our faculty is led by Aleida Vitolo, who has been teaching preschool and daycare for thirteen years. She holds a Childhood Development Associate degree and has a deep understanding of the importance of early childhood education. She is passionate about fostering creativity and intelligence in young minds and works to ensure that every child has a safe, fun, and intellectually stimulating experience at A Kid's World.

Fidelina Orellana, who has been providing childcare for the past thirteen years, is another key member of our faculty. She is bilingual and has a talent for teaching Spanish. She believes in the importance of being bilingual in today's world and works to expose children to various Spanish cultures through fun and engaging lessons and activities.

Our newest faculty member, Danielle Orellana, has been a teacher for the past seven years. She holds a Master's Degree in Childhood Education with a focus on Biology and Science for grades 5-12. She is passionate about providing high-quality early education that encompasses fundamental math and literacy skills. She believes that children who have had a high-quality preschool experience have an advantage later on in school.

Our Services

At A Kid's World Preschool and Daycare, we offer a variety of services designed to meet the needs of our students and their families. Our programs include:

• Daycare for children ages 3 months to 5 years: Our daycare program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children while their parents are away. Our experienced faculty engage children in a variety of activities and lessons that promote cognitive and linguistic growth.

• Preschool for children ages 2 years to 5 years: Our preschool program is designed to prepare children for Kindergarten. We place a strong emphasis on reading readiness and provide a variety of lessons and activities that foster intellectual curiosity and creativity.

• Before and After-School Program for children ages 5 and up: Our before and after-school program is designed for children who need additional care before or after school. Our faculty provide a variety of activities and lessons that reinforce what children learn in school and help them develop new skills.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum at A Kid's World Preschool and Daycare is designed to incorporate materials and subjects from various age group curricula with our faculty's extensive experience in bilingual education. Each month, we focus on a specific theme, such as letters, numbers, colors, and more. We engage children with these concepts through a variety of artistically and intellectually rich lessons and activities.

In addition to each month's theme, we also provide planned lessons and activities that introduce students to numerous subjects, including music and cooking classes each week. We believe that these activities help to foster creativity and intelligence in young minds and prepare children for Kindergarten.

We also offer children the option of learning either Spanish or Italian, in addition to normal instruction in English. Our faculty believe that bilingual education is crucial for mental development and helps children to become more open-minded and culturally aware.
