Personal training sessions are available six days a week, with various time slots to accommodate even the busiest schedules. You can choose to have your sessions at our gym in Magnolia, at your home or office, or even at a local park. We are committed to making fitness accessible and convenient for all.
Meet Natasha Devos
Natasha, the driving force behind Devos Fitness, holds certifications in personal training and group instruction. She is also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with over a decade of personal experience in boxing, kickboxing, MMA, grappling, and Judo. Natasha's extensive background in various martial arts and fitness techniques enables her to create engaging and dynamic workouts that keep her clients motivated and challenged.
With her personal experience in dieting, weight loss, and muscle building, Natasha understands the challenges her clients face in their fitness journeys. She tailors her sessions to address individual needs, incorporating her wealth of knowledge and experience to provide the perfect blend of group instruction convenience and personalized attention.
Our Fitness Approach
At Devos Fitness, we focus on strength training and circuit HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts that help you build a strong core and improve your overall fitness. We use a variety of equipment, such as body weight, resistance bands, small equipment, and weights, to create diverse, high-energy, and engaging workout routines. Our unique boxing combinations, designed by Natasha herself, are incorporated into most of our clients' programs to enhance skill development, cardio, and strength training.

That's why we offer consultations, either in person, over the phone, or via text/email, to better understand your goals, needs, and any previous injuries.
