Patient Experience
The dental practice has received mixed reviews from patients. One patient, Max, had a particularly negative experience, citing misdiagnosis and poor quality of care. They claimed that the practice tried to blame their grinding and clenching habits for their tooth pain, despite the pain becoming increasingly intense over time. Max eventually had to see an oral surgeon to get their tooth removed due to a crack.

Billing and Insurance Issues
However, some patients have reported issues with billing and insurance. Heather mentioned that the practice billed her insurance twice, tried to bill her secondary insurance the full amount first, and then charged her card without her knowledge. She was also told that she could only speak with someone on Thursdays, which was inconvenient and caused delays.
Addilyn Peoples also had a negative experience with the practice's billing, claiming that they stole money from her mom for braces her daughter didn't even have on her teeth.
