Our Story

Dr. Alicia Byers, a native of Conway, Arkansas, along with her husband Seth, has been serving the Arkadelphia community since 2014. Dr. Byers graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Her passion for providing quality eye care services has earned her a reputation as one of the most trusted and compassionate eye care professionals in the region.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of eye care services, including dilated eye exams, glasses and contact lens prescriptions, contact lens ordering, and medically focused exams. Our services also include treatment for red eyes, allergies, dryness, and foreign body removals. Additionally, we screen for systemic issues such as diabetes or hypertension, and our eye exams check for any ocular conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Dr. Byers is happy to provide these services in English or Spanish.

Insurance and Office Forms

We participate in a variety of medical and vision insurance carriers, including Arkansas Medicaid, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and more. We encourage our patients to discuss their insurance coverage with our office in advance of their visit. For new patients, we provide easy-to-fill-out registration and medical questionnaire forms, as well as a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices for review.
