History

Our story began in 1985 when Max and Jeanine Griffin recognized the need for skilled electrical contractors in the region. With a vision to provide unparalleled service and a highly trained workforce, they launched Action Electric. Over the years, we have expanded into a multi-branch company, employing a diverse group of talented professionals who are passionate about being innovators in the industry.

IEC School

In 1997, we established a state-approved Independent Electrical Contractors (I.E.C.) Apprenticeship and Journeyman Training School. This school, based on the National I.E.C. Training Program, instructs students from entry to the most advanced technical skill level over a period of four years. Our instructors are State of Montana Electrical Inspectors and Journeyman Electricians, ensuring the highest standards are upheld.

Safety

Safety is our top priority at Action Electric. We ensure that all team members undergo regularly scheduled safety and equipment training, as well as 8 hours of electrical code training per year. With a minimum requirement of four years of on-the-job experience, a Journeyman license, and mandatory drug screening, our customers can trust us to deliver exceptional services safely.
