Our team has extensive experience in working with various retail tenants, including Albertsons, Lucky Stores, Sav-On Stores, Ross, dd Discount stores, Michaels, PetSmart, Sportsmart, Sports Chalet, Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens, Pier 1 Imports, Michael's, Marshalls, Cost Plus, Famous Footwear, Aaron Brothers, Starbucks, HomeBase, Bloomingdale, Macy's stores, Sears, Standard Brands Paint, Queen Carpet; Owens & Minors, and many more.

Our expertise also extends to mixed-use projects, including the design of Phoenix Plaza, a 100,000-square-feet mixed-use building with residential towers, commercial space, and underground parking garage. We have also worked on various residential projects, including single-family custom homes, tract homes, condominiums, and luxury villas such as Dali Villas, which features 6 luxury villas next to a 36-hole golf course.

Our Featured Projects

Some of our notable projects include the Kaohsiung Maritime Cultural & Popular Music Center, a mixed-use building complex that features a Pop Music Performance Area, Maritime Cultural Center, Cultural & Creative Industry Area, and Landscape & Others Facilities. We have also worked on several retail projects, including Albertsons in City of Orange, CA, and Famous Footwear in Park West Shopping Center, Stockton, CA.
