Our Story

Weaver Brothers Construction was founded in 1946 by two brothers, Harold and Clayton Weaver. The company began as a small gravel and sand operation and has since grown to become one of the leading road and earthwork contractors in the state. Today, the company is led by the second and third generations of the Weaver family, with Peter Bates serving as President and Superintendent, Jeff Bates as Vice President and Superintendent, Jason Bates as Foreman and Vice President, and Adam Bates as Project Manager and Secretary.

Weaver Brothers Construction specializes in road and earthwork projects, including highway and interstate construction, bridge preservation, and site development. Our team has extensive experience working with state and local agencies, and we have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.

• Rehabilitation on I-89 NB & SB; roadway work, rest area reconstruction, and bridge preservation in Sutton-New London
• Construction of Exit 4A off I-93 in Londonderry
• Pavement rehabilitation of Interstate 89 Northbound and Southbound from MM 20.5 to MM 24.2 in Warner-Sutton
