John Kozak has a distinguished career that includes positions at Marsh Inc. and KPMG before joining the firm in 1999. He is an adjunct professor at Clayton State University and sits on the Advisory Board for the CSU School of Business. John volunteers both at his church and at a homeless shelter and is an avid pro football fan who loves running to offset his love for Italian food.

Geoff Fulton is the firm's partner in charge of assurance services. His experience includes working with clients in the construction, distribution, real estate, and non-profit industries. Geoff lives in Fayetteville, GA with his wife, Tara, and is active in his community by volunteering for youth sports groups.

Sheila Kozak has a diverse career that includes positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a local CPA firm in Griffin, GA, and KPMG, where she specialized in business and non-profit tax. Sheila enjoys running, golfing, and boxing and shares her home in Avondale Estates with her husband, John.

Dan Soles is one of the firm's audit partners and has been with the firm since 2002. His experience includes working with employee benefit plans and clients in government and non-profit industries. Dan lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Brittany, and two sons, Reid and Grant. He is active in his church and community.

DJ Fulton founded DJ Fulton CPAs in 1984 and became part of Fulton & Kozak CPAs in 2014. He has over 40 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in construction and real estate. DJ is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).
