Our journey began in 1992, when Jay Loken, a third-generation craftsman, founded the company in his basement in Ballard. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the changing needs of our clients.

In 2021, Jay Loken retired, and his sons, Carsten and Garth Loken, along with long-time employee Nate Cunningham, took over as co-owners of the company. Their experience working under Jay's guidance has led to renewed growth and expansion for Loken Construction.
