Our Services

We treat a variety of joint, muscle, and nerve pain conditions including neck and back pain, headaches, ergonomic related stress, shoulder pain, hand pain, sitting related back pain, and fibromyalgia. We also offer same-day appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. You can even schedule your appointment via text message for your convenience.

Insurance and Payment Options

We accept most major insurance plans, including BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare. Additionally, we accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for your convenience. Cash payments are also available if you do not have chiropractic benefits as part of your insurance coverage.

Our Team

Dr. Ryan L. Villwok, DC, MSM, is the founder of Pain Relief Chiropractic. He was born and raised on a farm outside Hooper, NE, where he learned the value of hard work from a young age. Dr. Villwok graduated with the highest honors from the College of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, MN, in 2010. He is passionate about adult education, enjoys yard work, camping, running, and working out with his 'brothers' of F3 Omaha.

Treatment Options

We offer various treatment options including spinal adjustments, which involve moving a joint beyond its usual range of motion but not beyond the range of motion the joint is designed to move, anatomically speaking. This helps improve joint mobility, decreases pain, improves muscle tension, decreases joint inflammation, and can slow joint specific degenerative changes. We also offer home-based exercise programs to prevent symptoms from reoccurring and the Graston Technique, an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
