Positive Experiences
Some pet owners have had positive experiences at the clinic. For instance, Jo Winrow and Wendy Jones Borcyk have given the clinic 5-star ratings. They praise the staff, including the veterinarians and technicians, for being lovely and great. Dr. Clark, in particular, is commended by Wendy Jones Borcyk as being the best.
Negative Experience
On the other hand, Jeffrey Adams had a negative experience at the clinic. He brought his mother's 8-year-old cat, Misty, to the clinic after the cat had been acting strangely, experiencing coordination issues, dilated eyes, and inability to stand. The nurse conducting the initial interview failed to address the fact that Misty's owner had been feeding her tuna in the month leading up to the visit. The veterinarian who examined the cat did not ask any follow-up questions about the cat's diet or behavior.
