Meet The Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional spaces. Jordan Michael McCalmont, our founder and principal, leads the creative direction of the office and oversees a wide range of projects. Jack Lozano, AIA, brings architectural expertise and spatial knowledge. Julia Bustard, our Director of Operations, ensures projects run smoothly. Isaac Garcia, our Construction Project Manager, supervises job sites and develops project budgets. Elizabeth Townsend, our Designer/Purchasing Manager, provides purchasing and installation coordination. Lastly, Paul Rahier, our Site Superintendent, oversees project execution and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
