• Skilled Nursing: Our registered nurses provide compassionate care for clients with various health conditions. We offer surgical aftercare, catheter care and management, symptom control, and more.
• Rehabilitative Care: Our physical therapists work with clients to help them regain strength and mobility after surgery or injury. We provide post-surgical treatment and care, range of motion and flexibility exercises, mobility training, and more.
• Occupational Therapy: Our occupational therapists help clients with chronic pain or injury to enhance their upper extremity strength and prevent further health complications. We provide work simplification techniques and more.
• Speech Therapy: Our speech therapists work with clients to reduce phonological delays, treat developmental disabilities, and provide in-home therapy sessions for after-stroke disorders and dysphagia treatment.
• Medical Social Work: Our medical social workers provide emotional support and encouragement to clients and their families. We offer family counseling or group counseling, parenting advice and coaching, and coping mechanisms for impending loss of a loved one.
