Lyn's Draperies

Since 1981, Lyn's Draperies has been sewing inspired, custom treatments to enhance the cherished surroundings of our Whatcom County clients. What began as a local, wholesale drapery workroom has expanded to a regional retail sales firm providing the highest quality window treatments, pillows and cushions, bedding ensembles, and more. Jennifer Linds, the current owner, discovered her love of transforming fabric as a young girl while sewing with her grandmother. She continued to fuel this passion throughout her youth, going on to earn a degree in Fashion Design and Textiles. After years of designing and creating custom apparel and costumes, she joined Lyn's Draperies in Bellingham, Washington, where she discovered the rewards of designing and creating for the home. She quickly found herself taking on all aspects of the business, revitalizing it and expanding services. She soon purchased it from its long-time owner Lynette Beatty who established the business with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
