Britton's Wrecker Service, Inc. started with a two-bay shop, Light, Medium, and Heavy Duty Wreckers, as well as Service Trucks to cater to various needs such as towing, recovery, breakdowns, fuel deliveries, tire changes, and door unlocks. The company's primary goal is customer satisfaction and quality service, aiming to make every incident as painless and affordable as possible.

In December 2013, Britton's Wrecker Service, Inc. ventured out to establish a second business location in Vienna, IL. After successfully renting and operating for two years, the company purchased a shop and property in Johnson Co. IL in the Fall of 2015. This expansion has further solidified the company's presence in the region.

Britton's Wrecker Service, Inc. operates employees 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm and provides 24/7 call-outs. The company appreciates the continued support of its customers and tow networks, which have contributed to its year-after-year growth.
