Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues
Several reviewers have mentioned cleanliness and maintenance issues, including mold growth in the rooms, noisy floorboards, and outdated furniture. Room 110, a 3-bedroom suite, was described as "reasonably clean but looked a little tatty" with signs of aging. Rachael Vogel expressed frustration with the lack of basic amenities, such as a fridge and microwave, and was unhappy with the service provided.
Food and Drink

However, Chris Taylor mentioned that the hotel's restaurants are "a little tatty" and that the food is not as good as other options in town.
Location and Amenities
The hotel's location near the Grand Avenue pedestrian bridge and the Historic Glenwood Hot Springs is a major selling point for many reviewers. D. However, Mandeep Sohal complained about the lack of a gym and the high cost of staying at the hotel.
