Our Team
Meet Tahia Malu, a proud wife and mother of 3, who has been around fitness her entire life. She found CrossFit at 30, after giving birth to her 3rd child, and has since lost over 85lbs and achieved numerous fitness milestones. Tahia is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified in Exercise Nutrition, and a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach. She has been delivering life-changing results as a coach for over 6 years.
Meet Arona Malu, husband and father of 3, who specializes in enhancing individual athlete performance in all sports. He is a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach and the Adult Strength coach and Teen Strength & Conditioning Coach. Arona focuses on strength and conditioning, emphasizing overall strength, speed, explosiveness, agility, and conditioning.

Calendar
We're open for business Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. We're closed on Sundays. Schedule your visit today to experience the best training for yourself.
