At Whitehall Nursery School, we are a ministry of the Whitehall Church of Christ, dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children aged three to four. Established in 1971, our school has been a blessing to the Fairmont community, fostering growth, development, and friendships among our students and their families.
Our experienced and caring staff are committed to providing a well-rounded curriculum that prepares our students for kindergarten readiness. Our program includes essential skills such as learning and writing the alphabet, spelling and writing their name, colors, shapes, phonics, and developing large and fine motor skills. We also incorporate engaging activities like show and tell, library, Bible stories, art, singing, playtime, and much more.
We understand the importance of building strong relationships with our students and their families, which is why we offer a variety of special events throughout the year. These include field trips, seasonal parties, a Thanksgiving Feast, an end-of-year program for three-year-olds, and a special graduation ceremony for four-year-olds.
Our History
Whitehall Nursery School was established in 1971 as a result of the desire to serve the children and young families of the Fairmont area. Since then, we have been privileged to serve our community for over 50 years, providing a safe, loving, and educational environment for our students.
