At Triple Fresh Market, we're more than just a local corner grocery store; we're a part of your community's history. Since 1818, we've been serving the needs of the growing village of Ercildoun, and today, we continue to evolve to meet our customers' needs.

Our Story

Our story begins with Gideon Pierce, a member of the Followfield Meeting House, who constructed the original building to serve as the village's post office. Pierce was a dedicated Abolitionist and conductor on the Underground Railroad. Over the years, the building has seen several changes, with the Webster family purchasing it in 1863 and running it for three generations. They adapted the market to the changing needs of the community, selling everything from paint and nails to buggy and Model T parts, gasoline, groceries, school books, and clothing.

In 1987, Jim Petro took over the store from Lloyd Webster, and since then, the Petro family has modernized the offerings while preserving the small-town institution. Today, Triple Fresh Market continues the traditions of the past two centuries, serving our friends and neighbors and acting as an integral part of our community.

Triple Fresh Neighbors is a registered 501(c)3 charity dedicated to improving the lives of others by acting like a small-town neighbor and helping in any way we can. We support local charities and non-profits, and you can donate to this mission by visiting our website.

Services

At Triple Fresh Market, we offer a variety of services designed to meet our customers' needs. We have a deli that offers delivery, take-out, or curbside pickup for our delicious meals. Our butcher shop offers premium lunch meat and artisan cheeses, and our chefs prepare take-home foods, organic groceries, gourmet cheese, and many local specialties.

Our Buck Run Cafe Menu features all your favorite Triple Fresh standards, as well as new crave-able favorites. We use Dietz & Watson premium lunch meat and artisan cheeses to create our "real Philly" hoagies and sandwiches. Our burgers and cheesesteaks are made from beef that is hand carved by our butchers, and we only use fresh chicken selected in our meat department.

We also offer barbecue catering services, perfect for any event or gathering. Whether you're planning a small get-together or a large celebration, our catering team will work with you to create a menu that suits your needs and preferences.

Ercildoun Brewing

In addition to our food offerings, we're proud to offer Ercildoun Brewing beers. This local brewery produces a variety of delicious beers that pair perfectly with our meals and are available for delivery or take-out.
