Lil' Achievers

At lil'achievers, we believe that every child is unique and deserves a nurturing environment that fosters their emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development. Our mission is to provide a lifelong love of learning, encouraging children to take "lil' steps toward a bigger future." We achieve this through our dedicated team of teachers, extensive opportunities for young minds, and a beautiful playground facility. Our programs are designed to support children from 6 weeks to 5 years, with options for before and after public or private school care, as well as a summer camp up to 10 years.

Our founder, Ann Marie Pilato, comes from an administrative background but has dedicated her life to early childhood education. With years of experience in the field, she has a deep understanding of what children need to thrive. Her vision for lil'achievers is centered around creating a warm and nurturing environment that allows children to explore and learn at their own pace. She is supported by her Executive Director and Head Teacher, Jennifer Severino, who brings extensive knowledge and experience in daily operations, curriculum development, and staff management.

Our programs are designed to cater to different age groups, from lil'beginners to lil'scholars, each offering a tailored approach to ensure that every child reaches their full potential. We believe in the importance of small class sizes and flexible schedules to accommodate all needs. Our state-licensed and accredited preschool and kindergarten programs provide a solid foundation for future success.
