The vast majority of reviews praise Rainbow for its excellent customer service, professionalism, and quality work. Many customers mention the friendly and courteous staff, with some even giving specific names such as Allen, Peter, and Frances. The repairs were often completed on time, and the customers were happy with the results.
Negative Experience
On the other hand, some customers had a poor experience with Rainbow. One customer, Raniere Allen Carpio, reported that his car was left for almost three months without any communication or updates. He also had to coordinate with his insurance company because of Rainbow's lack of priority.
