Our comprehensive 120-hour pre-licensing course covers all the essential topics required by the state of Utah. Organized into 43 engaging lessons, the curriculum delves deep into the principles of real estate law, finance, ethics, and practice. The flexible nature of our program allows students to learn at their own pace, whether they prefer to complete lessons online or in person. We offer both online and live classes, with optional live lectures held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
