Our company was founded by Robert Dove in 1949 and was later joined by Larry Vignaroli in 1958. After Robert's untimely death, Larry took over the company and expanded it with the help of his loyal employees and strong customer relationships. In 2003, Larry's children, Dawn Clair, Richard Vignaroli, and Kristin Wilson, acquired full ownership of Modern Electric Co.
