Home Hospice was founded in January of 1995 by Rev. Hilton Chancellor, a visionary driven by a profound need for compassionate, local hospice care. Recognizing a gap in the Permian Basin, Rev. Chancellor sought to create an agency deeply rooted in the community, staffed by individuals who understood the unique needs and sensibilities of the people they served. Today, Home Hospice proudly embodies this founding principle as the largest and most trusted hospice provider in the region, with a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional care with unwavering empathy and respect.
