Our team consists of experienced professionals, including key superintendents and qualified mechanics, many of whom have been with us for over 10 years. Kerry B. Coldiron, our president and owner, founded the company in 1977 and has been instrumental in its growth and success. Melissa Coldiron Douglass, our executive vice president, has been with the company since 1995 and has played a vital role in its operations. Mike White, our vice president of operations, brings extensive experience in the construction industry, having started his career in 1974.
