Commercial Projects

Single Family Residential Projects

At Costa Brown, we feel lucky to have the opportunity to enhance some of San Francisco's beautiful historical homes. We work with the client to create a design that adapts the often formal and complicated floor plans of 20th-century homes to the needs of the modern family, creating openness and bringing light into the space. We believe that beautiful custom design details transform a house into a home. Our residential projects include Pacific Heights Renovation, Wovoka Pre-Fab Infill, Sacramento Residence, Marina Residence, Twin Peaks Residence, Cow Hollow Roof Deck, Marina District Remodel, and Presidio Heights Residence.

Multifamily Housing / Mixed-Use Projects

With each multifamily housing project, we aim to make sustainability, site integration, and human scale the primary driving forces. Through a process of careful design iterations, we hope to create timeless buildings that are an asset to, rather than an imposition on the surrounding neighborhood context. Our housing projects include Hyde Street - North Van Ness, Serramonte Views, Avalon Towers, Gardens at Harrison, Hyde Street - South Hillsdale Terraces, and 97 Broadway.
