Our Attorneys

Fred R. Schmerberg, the founder of Schmerberg Law, has been a general practitioner in Saline since 1980. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Washtenaw County Bar Association, and has been a resident of the Saline area since 1964. Luke Schmerberg, an Associate Attorney, has been a member of the Michigan bar since 2011 and a member of the Wisconsin bar since 2009. He is also a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Washtenaw County Bar Association, American Inns of Court, and has been involved in various community organizations.

Our office is located at 209 East Michigan Avenue in Saline, Michigan. We are open for business, accepting new clients, and able to meet in person at our office, subject to certain precautions.
