Our Story
At Pioneer Barber Company, we pride ourselves on being more than just a barbershop. We're a gathering place where men and women from all walks of life come to find a sense of community and camaraderie. Our journey began in 1932, when the Jackson Building was constructed along Jackson Street and 6th Avenue South in Seattle's Japantown. Years later, Executive Order 9066 removed Japanese Americans from the area, including the barbershop. After the war, the barbers returned, and in 1948, the first barber opened his shop in our current location.

- Casey Roth: A licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience, Casey is known for his speed, accuracy, and consistency. He's featured on King 5's Evening Magazine for his undercut designs and volunteers at Ronald McDonald House to give free haircuts to patients and their families.
