Trillium Caterers is a full-service event company dedicated to providing exceptional catering, bartending, and rental coordination for weddings and events throughout Maine. Our team, comprised of talented servers, bartenders, and cooks, is committed to delivering the highest level of quality and service for every event we cater.

Our story began when Abigale Avey and Michael Casby, the current owners, met while working at the post-shift chef's haunt 'inoteca on the Lower East Side in New York City. With a combined 35 years of experience in food and hospitality, they decided to take over Trillium, a catering company that had been run under the tutelage of Karen Federle for over 30 years. Since becoming owners in 2013, Abigale and Michael have brought fresh energy and ideas to the business, resulting in a catering company that offers not only creative, inventive, and delicious food but also the experience and ability to pull off events without a hitch.

Our approach relies heavily on sourcing the best possible products from the farmers and producers based in mid-coast Maine.
