Our Team

Our leadership team comprises experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the construction industry. Our president, George W. McGonagill, has over four decades of experience in the field, having worked as a general contractor since 1979. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and has built countless projects of all types. With George at the helm, we're confident in our ability to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.

Community Involvement

George is actively involved in various civic and charitable endeavors, including serving as a board member for the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Sarasota Economic Development Foundation, Coalition of Business Association (COBA), and Sarasota County Community Housing Trust. He is also a member of the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange, Construction Specifications Institute, and Community Associations Institute.
