Penny - Office Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the orthodontic field, Penny has become a valuable asset to our practice. She has a vast knowledge of orthodontics and is always ready to help patients navigate the complexities of orthodontic treatment. Penny is married to Danny, and they have six children and six grandsons. In her free time, Penny enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and is a former NFL Super Bowl Cheerleader.

Trisha - New Patient Concierge

Trisha has been working with Dr. Smith for over 18 years and is an integral part of the practice. As a Treatment Coordinator, she helps patients understand their options and makes sure they feel comfortable and informed throughout their orthodontic journey. Trisha loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her six grandchildren. When not at work, she enjoys yoga, writing, and cooking.

Makenzie - Scheduling Coordinator

Makenzie is a bright and cheerful addition to our team. With her friendly and bubbly personality, she makes scheduling and coordinating appointments a breeze. Outside of work, Makenzie enjoys hiking, boating, and spending time with her loved ones.

Heather - Scheduling Coordinator

Heather is a new addition to our team, but she has quickly become an integral part of our practice. As a Scheduling Coordinator, she ensures that every patient's schedule is flawlessly planned and implemented. Heather loves spending time with her family, boating in the summer, and is an interior decorator at heart.

Sandi - Lab Technician

Sandi has been working behind the scenes, creating appliances for our patients, for the past 15 years. As a Lab Technician, she is responsible for crafting the intricate details that make our orthodontic treatments possible. Sandi loves to bake, serve others, and spend time with her great family.

Morgan - Clinic Manager/Orthodontic Assistant

Morgan has been part of our Super Smiles Team for over 10 years. Her caring nature and pleasant disposition make her a joy to work with. When not at work, Morgan enjoys hiking, planning weddings, and watching Grey's Anatomy.

Penny B - Clinic Manager/Orthodontic Assistant

Penny has been in the dental/orthodontic field for over 30 years. She has a true passion for orthodontics and has been with us for 2 years. Known for her sense of humor, Penny is always keeping us in stitches. When not at work, she loves to travel, camp, and bake amazing treats.

Kennedy - Orthodontic Assistant

Kennedy is the newest addition to our team. As an Orthodontic Assistant, she is learning the intricacies of orthodontic treatment and providing patient care with her warm and caring smile.
