Carlton Auto Repair, located in Wheaton, IL, was established in 1976 by a semi-retired Buick technician with an emphasis on quality. Over the years, the business had several owners, some good and some not so good. In 1990, Bob and Russ took over the business after it had suffered from poor management and lack of skill. With hard work and an eye for high-quality work and parts, they were able to turn the place around and built a reputation for quality.

Bob and Russ have always believed that if you are honest and upfront with customers, doing quality work with the best parts available, it would be a recipe for success. They have continued to work hard in an ever-changing environment to keep up with technology, training, and tools. They are proud of their reputation for quality and rely on their customers' word-of-mouth, both in person and online, for advertising.

Kevin has been working at Carlton Auto Repair since April 2010 and is the head technician. He graduated from Lane Tech High School in Chicago with three years of automotive training and graduated from Universal Technical Institute in Glendale Heights. Kevin is ASE certified and Ford factory trained, and he continues to build his knowledge through automotive seminars and training classes. He enjoys playing the drums and working on his race car in his free time.
