• CNC Milling: Our fleet of 23 CNC milling machines, including multi-axis milling centers, empower us to handle a wide range of complex machining tasks with precision and efficiency. We can rough parts on waterjet or laser for increased production capacity.
• CNC Lathes: Our eight CNC lathes, capable of machining up to an 18-inch diameter and 59-inch length, allow us to create intricate cylindrical components with exceptional accuracy.
• Laser Cutting: Using a cutting-edge Amada FO-3015NT 4kW laser cutter, we can precisely cut metals to intricate designs with unmatched speed and precision.

• Waterjet Cutting: Our two Omax 55100 and Omax 2652 waterjet cutters provide a versatile solution for cutting a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites.
• Turret Punch Press: We utilize a Finn Power A5-25 FB turret punch press for high-speed punching and forming operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective production runs.
• Welding Services: Our dedicated welding team utilizes a variety of techniques, including TIG (both AC/DC) and MIG welding, along with oxy-acetylene welding and cutting, to ensure seamless and durable assembly of metal components.
