In addition, we offer small group training and fitness classes in our studio or at your site, as well as virtual sessions. Meet the Owner

Trisha Araujo, our owner and lead trainer, is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. With a background in Chemical Engineering and years of corporate experience, Trisha understands the importance of finding a career that aligns with one's values and passion. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating environment at Door County Fitness Studio.

Private Training Classes

Our private training classes offer personalized attention and customized workouts tailored to your specific goals and needs. Whether you're looking to improve strength, endurance, or overall health, our trainers will work with you to create a program that suits your lifestyle and fitness level. We offer 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions, both in-studio and at your location.

Packages and Pricing

We offer a variety of packages designed to fit your budget and goals. Our packages range from 5 to 15 sessions, with discounts available for bulk purchases. We also offer a drop-in fee for those who prefer to attend classes on a per-session basis. Payment options include cash, credit card, and digital payment methods like Venmo and SquareCash.
