At our gym, we offer advanced equipment designed to optimize your workout experience. Our Freedom Rack technology provides simultaneous vertical and horizontal bar movement to mimic the body's natural strength curve, providing the safety of a Smith Machine with the diversity of a Power Rack. We offer a variety of cardio equipment with outside views, including the Cybex Arc Trainer, which has been proven to burn more calories than any other cross trainer/elliptical cross trainer tested.

We understand that efficiency is key for many of our members. That's why we offer two sets of every size dumbbell up to 120 pounds and a wide selection of cardio equipment. We also offer Personal Training sessions at affordable prices and various times to accommodate your schedule.

Our gym is designed to provide club-style services with the convenience of a 24-hour gym. We offer a family-friendly environment that fosters a spirit of community, with no judgment. Our modern and spacious facility includes advanced equipment and amenities designed to meet the needs of our members.

We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all of our members. Our facility is regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure that it meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

We offer a variety of membership options designed to meet the needs of our members. From 1-month memberships to 2.5-year memberships, we offer flexibility and affordability for all budgets. Our memberships include a one-time enrollment fee of $49.99, which includes a key fob, t-shirt, and all enhancement fees.
