At California Event Specialists, we've been producing hundreds of weddings since 2007. From the Bay Area to Laguna Beach, Sacramento to Lake Almanor, Tahoe to San Francisco, and Napa to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, we've had the privilege of partnering with our clients to deliver their dream wedding wherever it may be. We're committed to serving our clients by building relationships, understanding their needs, and assembling teams of exceptional vendors to deliver a first-class event every time.

Our team of coordinators has over 30 years of combined event planning, hospitality, and management experience. You can be confident you're in great hands with CES! Our Team

The CES Team is comprised of talented and skilled Planners, Coordinators, and Event Assistants, many of whom have been with CES for 5 or more years. Our team is led by Jodi Drysdale, who has over 400 weddings under her belt and is recognized for her relational, organized, friendly, genuine, fun, professional, detail-focused, calm under pressure, and a great leader. She is deeply committed to personal development and community service.

Services

We offer two main planning services: FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN and PARTIAL PLANNING. Our FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN package handles every detail of your celebration weekend, perfect for couples who want to be involved but prefer to have a professional handle the details. The PARTIAL PLANNING package is ideal for couples who want a one-day celebration with their crew, where we focus on the big pieces and you can handle the details.
