At 360 Fitness Coaching for Women, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals through our comprehensive and holistic approach to health and wellness. We believe that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about mental and emotional well-being. Our goal is to empower and educate you with the ability to train your body and your mind, providing you with the knowledge and tools to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Our Services

Our 4-week outdoor Bootcamp Sessions are designed to improve your endurance, strength, flexibility, relaxation, posture, and self-confidence. Each session includes assessment and nutrition consultation, 50-minute exercise sessions with 10 minutes of cool-down/stretching, real-time goal setting & progress feedback via the 360 Fitness Coaching app, and meal planning with menus, recipes, and shopping lists via the Real Plans app. Our certified coaches will provide motivation, inspiration, and support throughout your journey.

Our program details include AM and PM classes, two, three, or four days per week, with a 2-week full-body Recovery Session in between each full 4-week session. Recovery Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at various times. Our 4-week outdoor Bootcamp Sessions cost $240 per Session for 4 days per week, $204 per Session for 3 days per week, and $144 per Session for 2 days per week. Two-week recovery sessions are $60.

We also offer money-saving opportunities, including annual memberships and automatic payment options. Our annual membership includes all 9 Bootcamp sessions and a 360 Fitness Coaching logoed sweatshirt.

Our Founder and Head Coach

Kelly Drew, founder and head coach of 360 Fitness Coaching for Women, is a NESTA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach, and a Certified Wellness Coach. She is also certified in Adult CPR and First Aid. Kelly grew up participating in multiple sports and has always dreamt of being a personal trainer. After spending 30 years as a business professional, she finally decided to realize her dream and started 360 Fitness Coaching for Women.

Kelly's approach to fitness includes a comprehensive fitness program, including break-through workouts that incorporate strength, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), stretching & flexibility, evaluations, nutritional strategies, and wellness. Her goal is to educate, motivate, and inspire you to become the best version of yourself through fitness.
